Due to the nature of our products (dietary supplements and consumable goods), we follow a strict refund policy.
Refunds or replacements are applicable only if:

An incorrect product is delivered

The product must be unopened, unused, and sealed in its original packaging

Clear images or video proof may be required
No refunds or returns are accepted for opened, used, or consumed products.
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days, subject to payment provider timelines.
